  • The M18x1 shock absorber extension for SE Performance shock absorbers allows you to precisely adjust the vehicle height, enabling targeted tuning of the overall suspension geometry. By extending it by up to 40 mm, you can cleanly adjust the vehicle balance and the visual horizontal line of your motorcycle.
  • The shock absorber eye was specially developed for our Sport-Evolution Performance shock absorbers with an M18 x 1.00 mm thread. It is manufactured from high-quality 6082 aluminum, then bead-blasted and hard-anodized in black. This creates a durable surface that fits both technically and visually with high-end custom bike and concept bike builds.
  • Installation is intentionally straightforward. The bearing insert is pre-assembled, and the matching O-rings are included in the delivery. The existing bearing bushings from your shock absorber can be reused. This allows the shock absorber extension to be installed without unnecessary extra work.
  • Especially with custom builds, vehicle height plays an important role. In addition to the look, it also influences the suspension geometry and thus the handling. With the extension, you can specifically raise the rear and tune the motorcycle to your desired setup.
  • This solution is particularly suitable for high-quality conversions of classic BMW 2-valve motorcycles and BMW Boxers such as the R65, R80, and R100 when using Sport-Evolution Performance shock absorbers.
