The 80mm diameter in relation to a depth of only 22mm allows for an extremely delicate design and new possibilities for integration into the vehicle. 

When switched off, a closed, black dial ensures the perfect look: modern, minimalist, and at the same time timelessly classic. The digital display, a proprietary development by motogadget, consists of a matrix of 512 tiny, super-bright red LEDs and shines through the dial – unique in the aftermarket. 

Perfectly readable in direct sunlight, the display includes two lines. The top line shows the gear and speed, and the bottom line shows display values that can be switched at the push of a button. The illuminated pointer, perfectly lit background illumination, and automatic brightness adjustment of the matrix LEDs ensure optimal readability even in dark environments. 

11 indicator lights are invisible when switched off and shine through the dial.

Universal use on all BMW 2-valve carburetor models with motogadget breakout box

 Attention: When converting the BMW Boxer 2-valve electrical system to a different speedometer, the original charging indicator light is usually omitted or replaced by an LED.
In this case, a resistor must be installed instead of the lamp, otherwise the battery will not be charged.
This resistor can be used with all SE wiring harnesses as well as with the original wiring harness.

Universal use on all BMW 2-valve Boxer models; our electronic speedometer sensor   is recommended for speed measurement.
If the vehicle is equipped with an electronic speed sensor (BMW K-models), the speedometer can be used directly with the original electronic speedometer pulse.
