Send us both of your twin-shock fork legs, and we will shorten them in conjunction with a complete fork overhaul. You will receive your fork legs back, assembled and ready for installation.
The processing time is approximately 2 weeks.
For our SE Concept Bikes, we shorten the forks by 50mm or 80mm, depending on the model variant. These values have proven to be the perfect balance between ride comfort and handling during our test rides. The feel for the front wheel is significantly improved, and the BMW is unrecognizable on winding country roads.
The fork is completely disassembled and cleaned at our facility. Subsequently, all fork components are inspected.
We measure the fork tubes and guides and professionally shorten the stanchions, including cutting new threads.
Finally, the fork is reassembled and made ready for installation using new fork seals, dust caps, and our customized linear SE fork springs.
