Guide
The BMW R nineT personalize
The R nineT as a custom platform
When BMW introduced the R nineT in 2013, it was intended from the start as a foundation for customization: a removable rear frame, modular electrical system, and a classic air/oil-cooled boxer engine. The Pure, Racer, Scrambler, and Urban G/S models followed later. Unlike the classic airheads, the focus here is less on restoration and more on targeted refinement.

New exhaust, open air filter? Then the fuel injection should be adjusted. On our Dynojet dynamometer, we tune the map for your R nineT – for clean throttle response and more power across the entire rev range.
FAQ
Questions about BMW R nineT
Can't find your question? Use our parts inquiry form – we will respond personally.
Do I need to register an exhaust for the R nineT?
Nicht, wenn die Anlage eine ABE (Allgemeine Betriebserlaubnis) hat. Dann reicht es, die ABE mitzuführen. Bei Anlagen ohne ABE ist eine Einzelabnahme nötig.
Does the fuel injection need to be adjusted after the exhaust modification?
Often not strictly necessary for slip-ons alone, but highly recommended. For full exhaust systems and modified air filters, tuning on a dynamometer significantly improves rideability and performance.
Do you also offer suspension service for the R nineT?
Yes. We service and optimize the shock absorber and fork of your R nineT for more precise handling.
Do these parts fit all R nineT models?
Viele Teile ja, aber nicht alle – Pure, Scrambler und Urban G/S haben teils andere Gabeln und Anbauteile. Bitte beachte die Angaben beim Produkt oder nutze unsere Teileanfrage.
