Surface milling of the cylinder head sealing surface is an important machining step when there are leaks, warping, or unevenness on the cylinder head. Especially with older engines, thermal stress, high mileage, and previous repairs can lead to the sealing surface no longer being perfectly flat.

We remove only as much material as is technically necessary to restore a clean and flat sealing surface.
