Over time, the valve seats can become deformed due to operation, which can lead to incomplete sealing of the combustion chamber and problems such as uneven engine running or even valve tear-out.
When machining the cylinder head, we ensure that the valve and valve seat contact pattern is ideally adjusted to completely seal the combustion chamber and ensure efficient heat dissipation.
