The SE Performance shock absorber offers a clear plus in terms of responsiveness, with higher reserves at the same time. Not that the Thai made YSS shock absorber is not a good choice, but in terms of sensitivity, response and the associated stable ride comfort, the SE shock is clearly better and more sensitive.
How is this noticeable? First and foremost in an overall more stable and yet more comfortable ride. The SE shock absorber smoothly compensates for damage to the road surface, while the YSS sometimes lets one or the other blow through unfiltered.

The SE Performance dampers have been developed by us, in cooperation with TFX Suspension in the Netherlands, especially for the old 2-valve conversions with their reduced kerb weight.
