Grinding the seating surface of a valve
The sealing surface of a valve is essential for a reliable seal of the combustion chamber and effective heat transfer to the cylinder head. Before assembly, each valve is thoroughly processed by us: it is glass bead blasted and ultrasonically cleaned so that it appears as good as new both visually and functionally. The valve is then precisely ground on a specially designed valve grinding machine to ensure a perfect fit and optimum sealing surface. This is how we achieve the best conditions for long-lasting engine performance and efficient combustion.
