The stainless steel battery box is extremely light and gives your BMW a clear view. A clear view through the frame triangle gives the BMW a wiry look. The battery box is designed to hold our lithium ion battery type HJP14, HJP18 or for more extensive electrical equipment, type HJTX20. These batteries do their job without any problems, even with high compaction. The batteries have a weight of 1000g, respectively 1100g. The weight saving is more than 10 kg! A lithium ion battery can withstand six times as many charge cycles as a conventional battery. The self-discharge rate is only 5 percent per month. In the long run a worthwhile purchase.
The battery box is suitable both for the original rear, as well as for any rear conversion in the best way. To be used with or without filter box.
