Before injection technology replaced the carburetor, it was the flat slide carburetors that were the measure of all things. We offer specialist slide carburetors in different sizes and for different purposes. The 36mm are primarily suitable for the R80, but also for the R100 and offer the most pressure from the lower speed range. The 40mm version is the best compromise between full performance from low speeds and good top end power. The 42 mm variant is a pure sports and racing carburetor, the peak power gained is easily at the expense of the lower speed range.
In general, however, with a slide carburetor, the driver himself has control over what power he would like to release. No vacuum piston interferes with him, a quick twist, every twitch is converted into propulsion. Sensitive responsiveness, great sound and a full power and torque development are guaranteed by converting to slide carburettors. The carburettors can be combined with our open intake funnels or the high-performance air filters.

The nozzle insertion is prebooked for the BMW 2 valve engines. The dimensions are laid out according to our experiences.

Tip: The carburetors can also be driven with the original throttle grip / throttle cables. Only the thread of the cable adjuster must be cut to 6 x 0.75mm.
