Send us your two Monolever fork legs and we will shorten them in conjunction with a complete fork overhaul. Your fork legs will be returned to you ready for installation.
The processing time is approx. 2 weeks.
On our SE Concept bikes, we shorten the forks by between 50mm and 80mm depending on the model variant. During our test rides, these values proved to be the perfect balance between riding comfort and handling. The feeling for the front wheel is considerably improved and the BMW is unrecognizable on winding country roads.
The fork is completely disassembled and cleaned by us. All fork parts are then checked.
We measure the fork tubes and guides and shorten the stanchions professionally, including inserting the new grooves for the retaining ring.
The fork is then reassembled ready for installation using new fork seals, dust caps and our adapted linear SE fork springs.
